Services that are provided include child, adolescent, and adult vaccines; blood pressure screening; individual health assessments, which include lipid profile, blood glucose, hemoglobin A1C, and health risk assessment. (Please note: fast 9-12 hours befor testing is required for individual health assessments.) FREE lead testing for children 0-6 years of age is available. We provide referral source services, Community Outreach and Healthy Lifestyle edcuation.
