Senior clinic
Our Senior Health Clinic provides health assessments to any county resident who is present at our monthly or weekly clinics. The staff of registered nurses and licensed practical nurses meets individually with each person to assess their special needs and communicate with the doctor when necessary.
The Senior Clinics are held in Sandusky and Vermilion. Each clinic includes:
- Health assessments
- Problem solving for the patient
- Blood pressure
- Blood sugar
- Review medication
