Food Protection Program
The prevention of food borne illness is our main goal and therefore education and training play a huge part in our approach to this program. Through training we hope to educate food service workers and operators and eliminate health code violations before they even occur in order to provide a safer environment and to help promote a more positive and productive relationship between the inspector and the operator. Contact our department for training that is available in English or Spanish.
