About the Erie County Community Health Center
The Erie County Community Health Center provides primary care services to patients with limited financial resources with a focus on meeting the basic health care needs for the community.
The health center continues to maintain an open-door policy, providing treatment regardless of an individual’s income or insurance coverage.
All clinical services and programs offered at the Erie County Health Department are focused on wellness, disease prevention, health promotion, and chronic disease management. Our health center provides primary care, prenatal care, women’s health care, sexually transmitted infection clinic, pediatrics, school and work physicals, senior health care, men’s health care.
Our mission statement is to provide affordable quality, comprehensive primary and preventative health care across all life cycles in a patient centered medical home environment.
