Erie county Health Assessment
The Erie County Health Department in collaboration with other public health system partners in the county and the Hospital Council of Northwest Ohio completed a comprehensive health assessment for our community in March 2009.
Questionnaires were randomly sent to residents of the county. Youth ages 12 – 18 also received questionnaires within their school classroom settings.
